All apartments offer a private terrace with Table, Chairs and loungers. There are BBQs you can also use at the lake. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room  (with microwave) a modern Bathroom with hot water. Towels and  bedclothes are provided. There is a TV-Set and a Stereo with CD and Radio.

All houses are heated. You can spend your winter-vacation without any problem in the Quinta da Tosca.

All apartments are only a stones throw from the family run BAR.

For everybody who cannot be without it: there is access to the internet from all flats and gardens by a wireless local area network (WLAN).

For your laundry we have a washing machine.

low season (first of november - beginning of easter-holidays)
in between season (September 16 - end of October, christmas holidays, easter-holidays - June 15)

Conditions

Any additional person pays  12 € a day.
Children  between 2 and 12 years pay half price.
minimum stay: 3 days
