living well
There are four apartments in the Quinta da Tosca. There is a small Studio and three flats with two or three bedrooms. Not all of them are permanently available. Sometimes we may help for rentals in the neighbourhood.
All apartments offer a private terrace with Table, Chairs and loungers. There are BBQs you can also use at the lake. You'll have a fully equipped kitchen-cum-living room (with microwave) a modern Bathroom with hot water. Towels and bedclothes are provided. There is a TV-Set and a Stereo with CD and Radio.
All houses are heated. You can spend your winter-vacation without any problem in the Quinta da Tosca.
All apartments are only a stones throw from the family run BAR.
For everybody who cannot be without it: there is access to the internet from all flats and gardens by a wireless local area network (WLAN).
For your laundry we have a washing machine.
Studio
Apartment with one room (T0), kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet.
Small studio for two people (toddler cot available) with a large bed. There is a comfortable private terrace overlooking the gardens.
Flat upstairs
Apartment with two bedrooms (T2), spacious kitchen with seating area, bathroom with shower and bath. This is located on the second floor of our armazem with a wonderful view on the lake, the valley and the foothills of the Monchique-Mountains.
This flat is suitable for families or two couples. There are two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a double bed. (can sleep six) There is a TV set.
Flat downstairs
Apartment with fully equippted kitchen, big livingroom with sofa bed, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, located on the ground floor of our 'armazem'. For up to six adults and a small child. Very big terrace over looking the beautiful lake and another terrasse in front of the kitchen door.
big Flat
Apartment with 3 bedrooms (T3), a spaciouse kitchen/ lounge dining area,. equipped with extra large fridge, dishwasher and tv-set, bathroom with shower. This flat is suitable for large families or up to six adults.
Outside terrace and eating area overlooking the grounds.
